I had a wonderful evening at Osteria Delle Tre Panche, a truly romantic spot tucked away in the Hotel Hermitage. Even though I was visiting solo, the atmosphere made it feel intimate and special. After taking the elevator up to the rooftop terrace, I was greeted with stunning views that made the evening unforgettable. I started with a glass of Brunello, paired perfectly with their truffle tortellini — an absolute delight. And I couldn’t resist trying their secret recipe cheesecake, which was heavenly. Every bite was exquisite, and the combination of flavors and scenery made it a night to savor and share.
